Johar's Low Salt Healthy Veg Soup at a Budget Price – Serves Two (Prep time 5 minutes, Cook time 15 minutes)

Ingredients:

  • 3 Oz Tomatoes (Any type)
  • 3 Oz Red Onion (Peeled)
  • 2 Oz Fresh Celery
  • 2 Oz Carrots
  • 2 Cup Water
  • ½ Tea Spoon Table Salt (or sea salt) Approx. 3 grams; and
  • Johar's Original Bollywood Chutneys "Hot Cilantro" Sauce

Dice all washed vegetables in to half inch pieces and place them in a sauce pan. Add water and the salt and bring the contents to a boil. Lower the heat, cover the pan and let the mixture cook at medium heat for 15 minutes. Remove it from the stove and stir in 3 to 4 teaspoons of JOHAR's Original Bollywood Chutneys™ Hot Cilantro Sauce. SERVE IT HOT.

Additionally you may add 4 Oz of diced chicken breast along with the vegetables prior to boiling.
