Johar’s Healthy Yogurt and Cilantro Dip

  • 8 Oz Low Fat Plain Yogurt; and
  • Johar's Original Bollywood Chutneys "Hot Cilantro" Sauce


Take the 8 Oz of Plain Low Fat Yogurt (Dahi) instead of the customary high calorie "Sour Cream", add 3 to 5 teaspoons of JOHAR's Original Bollywood Chutneys™ Hot Cilantro Sauce. Mix the contents thoroughly and serve it cold as a dipping sauce with an assortment of healthy fresh raw vegetables.

Alternatively serve it with French fries, potato or corn chips, chicken nuggets, fish fingers etc. The possibilities to use this sauce are unlimited, yet the calories are not.
