			<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Johar's Low Salt Healthy Veg Soup at a Budget Price – Serves Two (Prep time 5 minutes, Cook time 15 minutes)</strong></p>

<p>Ingredients:</p>
<ul>
<li>3 Oz Tomatoes (Any type)</li>
<li>3 Oz Red Onion (Peeled)</li>
<li>2 Oz Fresh Celery</li>
<li>2 Oz Carrots</li>
<li>2 Cup Water</li>
<li>½ Tea Spoon Table Salt (or sea salt) Approx. 3 grams; and</li>
<li>Johar's Original Bollywood Chutneys "Hot Cilantro" Sauce</li>
</ul>
<p>Dice all washed vegetables in to half inch pieces and place them in a sauce pan. Add water and the salt and bring the contents to a boil. Lower the heat, cover the pan and let the mixture cook at medium heat for 15 minutes. Remove it from the stove and stir in 3 to 4 teaspoons of JOHAR's Original Bollywood Chutneys™ Hot Cilantro Sauce. SERVE IT HOT.</p>
<p>Additionally you may add 4 Oz of diced chicken breast along with the vegetables prior to boiling.</p>

<p>Take the 8 Oz of Plain Low Fat Yogurt (Dahi) instead of the customary high calorie "Sour Cream", add 3 to 5 teaspoons of JOHAR's Original Bollywood Chutneys™ Hot Cilantro Sauce. Mix the contents thoroughly and serve it cold as a dipping sauce with an assortment of healthy fresh raw vegetables.</p>
<p>Alternatively serve it with French fries, potato or corn chips, chicken nuggets, fish fingers etc. The possibilities to use this sauce are unlimited, yet the calories are not.</p>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Take one pound of ground beef (85% fat free) or Perdue Ground Turkey or Perdue Ground chicken breast. Add to that, two cloves of grated Garlic, one ounce of peeled & grated ginger root, one ounce of chopped red onion and ¾ tea spoon of Diamond Crystal Salt.  Mix all ingredients evenly but loosely and divide the mixture into four parts in the shape of Hamburger Patties.  Refrigerate the patties for at least one half hour and then grill them on a BBQ grill for approximately 10-12 minutes at 425-450 degrees Fahrenheit, turning at least three times for even cooking on both sides.  You may also broil these in the Kitchen Oven.  Serve the cooked patties on a lightly toasted sesame roll with 1 tea spoon of JOHAR’s Original Bollywood “Hot Cilantro” Chutney (TM) on each inner side of the roll and Iceberg Lettuce leafs. No need for mayo and the calories & cholesterol that comes with it.  Additionally you may serve the Hamburgers with a Heart Healthy Dipping Sauce made using 4 Oz of Low Fat Plain Yoghurt (Dahi), mixed with two tea spoons of JOHAR’s Original <a href="http://www.bollywoodchutneys.com">Bollywood Chutneys</a> (TM) “<a href="http://www.bollywoodchutneys.com/retail/hot-cilantro-3-pack.html">Hot Cilantro</a>”, instead of using Ketchup and enhance the flavor.</p>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Marinate and refrigerate two pieces of Wild Alaskan Salmon Filet, 1 – 2 inches thick (5 Oz – 6 Oz each) for half hour with a freshly prepared mixture of ½ table spoons of low fat yoghurt (Dahi), ½ teaspoon of Diamond Crystal Salt, ¼ teaspoon of granulated garlic powder and ¼ teaspoon of chopped dry basil leaves. Pan-sear both pieces of Salmon using one table spoon of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil at medium to high heat for approximately two minutes on each side or till the sides become crispy and the middle is fully cooked.  Serve on a bed of boiled white “Basmati” rice (or brown rice) topped with 1 – 2 teaspoons of JOHAR’s Original <a href="http://www.bollywoodchutneys.com">Bollywood Chutneys</a> (TM) “<a href="http://www.bollywoodchutneys.com/retail/hot-cilantro-3-pack.html">Hot Cilantro</a>”.</p>
